Meat before kashering

Kosher meat, inspected and certified by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel, and has not passed the kashering process (done through soaking, salting and rinsing of the meat). The meat has to be roasted on fire before eating.

Meat after kashering

Kosher meat, inspected and certified by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel, and has passed the kashering process. The meat is ready for consumption.

Glatt (Chalak 'Bet Yosef)

Kosher meat, inspected and certified by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel, and in addition met the stringent requirements of Bet Yosef (House of Josef). The meat was soaked, salted and rinsed properly (passed the kashering process). The meat is ready for consumption.
